My Nissan Patrol feels like a boat – suspension shot or just worn shocks?

I've had my 2017 Patrol for about four years now and it's been an absolute tank, but lately the handling has gotten seriously sloppy to the point where it feels like I'm driving a ship rather than a proper SUV. There's way too much body roll in corners, the nose dives hard under braking, and going over speed bumps feels like I'm bouncing around like I'm on a trampoline – it's honestly starting to get a bit embarrassing when I have passengers in the car. I'm pretty sure the suspension is due for some attention because the car has about 120,000 kilometers on it now and I've never touched the shocks, so they're probably well past their prime. The thing is, I'm not sure if I need to replace just the shocks and struts, or if the springs and bushings are also worn out and need replacing at the same time. I've been quoted some pretty eye-watering prices from a couple of garages in Dubai, so I'm thinking about heading over to Sharjah where I've heard the labour rates are a bit more reasonable. Has anyone here replaced the suspension on their Patrol and found that just doing the shocks made a huge difference, or is it one of those jobs where you really should do the whole lot at once to get the best results? I'm trying to budget for this without going completely broke, but I also don't want to cut corners and end up with a ride that's still not quite right. Any advice from fellow Patrol owners would be really appreciated because I need to sort this out before the summer heat really kicks in and I end up dealing with it when I'd rather be enjoying the weekend.
